No, Online and Mobile Banking are free.
We use the latest encryption standards and methods to protect your information.
You can enroll for Online Banking at wsb.bank or enroll for Mobile Banking by downloading the Western States Bank Mobile Banking App and clicking on “Enroll Now”.
No. Use the same Online Banking user ID and password. If you change your Online Banking password, the Mobile Banking password will automatically change as well.
The app can be found by searching for Western States Bank within your mobile device’s app store. Once downloaded, simply click “Enroll Now” or use your existing Online Banking credentials to log in.
From our Mobile App, select “Deposits” from the menu and enter the amount of the deposit. Endorse the back of the check with your signature and “Mobile deposit only at Western States Bank”. Follow prompts to take photos of the front and back of your check and then submit. That’s it!
Funds from Mobile Deposits are generally available on the next business day after it is received, just like typical deposits.
We recommend securely storing the check until it posts to your account’s history, then destroying the original paper check.
