Remote Deposit
Western States Bank proudly offers remote deposit capture services as a value added service for our business customers. With remote deposit, you can conveniently deposit checks from a remote location without ever having to make a trip to the bank. This will save you time and money!
How it works – three simple steps
- Scan Checks. The scanner, which is connected to your PC and the internet, captures the front and back of each check, including the MICR information and dollar amounts.
- Prepare Deposit. Checks are totaled and balanced, and a virtual electronic deposit ticket is prepared for your approval.
- Submit Deposit. All check images are electronically sent to Western States Bank and deposited into your account.
All you need is a computer with high-speed Internet connection and a Western States Bank business account. Increase your efficiency and productivity with remote deposit capture.
